·伺服電機（意大利菲仕品牌），永磁伺服電機采用新一代稀士永磁材料。
·壓力流量雙死循環控制，根據系統所需要的壓力和流量，實現精準、快速控制。
·位移精度控制在 ±0.025mm，壓力精度保持在 ±0.5bar 范圍內。
·節電率：30%-70%。
·電液伺服系統采用雙死循環控制，液壓油無溢流功率損耗，油溫不易升高，無需
冷卻器冷卻液壓油，同時延長液壓油的使用周期。

·Adopt double endless loop to control Pressure and flow,high accuracy and
fast control the pressure and flow according to the system requirement.
·The position accuracy up to ±0.025mm, the pressure accuracy is within
±0.5bar.

·The electro-hydraulic servo system adopts double endless loop to control,
it has no overflow power loss for the hydraulic fluid, and the oil temperature
is not easy to rise,do not needed cooler to cool the oil,also prolonged the
service lifetime of the hydraulic oil.
